Gratitude Week 3: Exercise

What do "Beto" (pronounced bay-toh), "Sugar Cane," and "Pivot Turn," have in common? Don't know? How about if you add fun music and a room full of women with dance fever? Right! Zumba! I love it!

Group fitness classes have long been my number one choice for physical activity. I've taken all kinds of classes over the years: Hi-Lo Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Cardio Core, Muscle Pump, Body Sculpt, Pilates, Jazzercise, Kickboxing, Turbo-Kick and even Cycle Fitness classes. But Zumba? Zumba is the best yet. Honestly, it's the fastest hour of exercise ever.

I'm so thankful for the many different options I have for fitness. And I'm especially thankful that I get to dance to great music for an hour and count it as exercise!
